I cannot say enough wonderful things about Valerie and TriStar Storage. I have been with her and her storage location on Northstar since forever and it is because of her and her management. The units and surrounding parking are impeccable and I feel real safe being there when I'm at my unit working in it. I've never had any structural issues with my unit either as I know she is on top of maintenance. I love how she and I communicate business as I am deaf. She has since become a good friend. Valerie is the true definition of customer service! She goes above and beyond to make sure all of her customer's needs are met so they have a great storage experience. Each unit is clean and well-cared for and safe for my belongings. The location is easy to access and well-lit. Any questions I have had, Valerie has answered them. Any help I have needed with my unit, Valerie has been there to offer any assistance she can. In this day and time when so much business is impersonal and/or done online, Tri-Star isn't like that. They are friendly, helpful, and they really know how to conduct business in a people-focused way. Anyone in the Jackson area needing storage, this is the very BEST you'll find!
